- Who handles payment and shipping?
- Checkout is hosted by Shopify. Items are added to a cart on this site, and the checkout button hands you to Shopify's own checkout, so payment details never touch this site. Shopify also handles order confirmation, shipping notifications and refunds.
- How current are these prices?
- Prices, stock and photos are read from the store's own product feed and re-read at most about five minutes, so a price change or a sell-out can lag this page by a short window. Whatever the checkout shows is the authoritative figure.
- Where does it ship, and what does it cost?
- That is decided at checkout. Shipping options, costs and delivery estimates are calculated by the store for the address you enter; this page is never told them in advance, so the figures shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your order.
- What currency am I charged in?
- Whatever the code beside the price says. Every price on this page is printed with the currency code the store returned for it, and that is the currency Shopify charges. Your bank converts at its own rate if your card is denominated in another one.
- What do the option rows on a manifest entry mean?
- The runs the store has declared for that item — its sizes, its colourways, whatever axes it uses — followed by how many of the combinations are currently available. Choosing between them happens on the item's own page, where each option shows whether it is in stock, sold out in the colour you have picked, or gone entirely.
- How do returns work?
- Returns and refunds are handled by the store rather than by this page. The policy shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order, and the order confirmation email is the fastest route to support. The Terms page carries the summary.
