Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Delta-V website, the Delta-V game in both its browser and Android forms (package com.wyatt.deltav), and the depot. In short: the game is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial play and is not sold to you; merchandise is sold and fulfilled by Shopify, so refunds and shipping follow Shopify’s process; and the launch data on this site is republished from third parties as-is, with no warranty of accuracy — do not plan travel around it. Using any part of the service means you accept what follows. Last updated 26 August 2026.

Accepting these terms

By loading the site, installing or playing the game, or placing an order at the depot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, the remedy is simple and available at all times: stop using the service and, if it is installed, uninstall the app.

The Privacy Policy and the Cookie Notice form part of these terms.

Who may use Delta-V

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for consenting to online services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Delta-V only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf. Do not make a purchase without the account holder’s permission.

Your licence to the game

Delta-V is licensed, not sold. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you control, for private, non-commercial entertainment. Every right not granted here stays with the developer.

You may not:

• Sell, sublicense, rent, lend or otherwise redistribute the game or any build of it, including on a third-party store or as part of a bundle.
• Extract, reuse or resell the game’s art, audio, level data, code or text as assets in another product.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the game, except to the precise extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction, such as for interoperability.
• Circumvent purchase verification, entitlement checks or ad consent flows, or run a modified client against the game backend.
• Charge others for access to the game, or present it as your own work.

Recording, streaming and video coverage of your own play is permitted, including monetisation through a platform’s ordinary partner programme. Use your own commentary and editing; do not upload the game itself.

Acceptable use

The service is small, and the abuse budget is smaller. Do not do any of the following:

• Attack, probe or overload the site or the game backend — including automated scraping at a rate that degrades service for other people. Feeds have upstream rate limits, and exhausting them takes the site down for everyone.
• Submit forged, scripted or otherwise fraudulent leaderboard scores, or interfere with anyone else’s account or progress.
• Use a display name that is abusive, hateful, sexual, impersonates another person, or exists to advertise something. Display names are public and are moderated on that basis.
• Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain access to any system, account or data that is not yours.
• Use the service in a way that breaks the law where you are, or that breaches the terms of Google Play, Shopify or any other platform involved in delivering it.

Accounts, display names and leaderboards

The Android app creates an anonymous account automatically so progress can be saved; signing in with Google or Play Games is optional and links that progress to a durable identity. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping access to the sign-in method you chose. An anonymous account that loses its device may not be recoverable — that is the trade-off for not asking you for an email address.

Leaderboard entries and display names are public. Entries that appear forged, or names that breach the rules above, may be removed or reset without notice. Cloud saves are stored on a best-effort basis; keep in mind that a game save is not a document, and no guarantee is made that a save will survive indefinitely.

In-app purchases

In-app purchases are sold through Google Play Billing and recorded through RevenueCat. When you buy something, you receive a licence to use that content inside Delta-V — not ownership of it, and not anything with value outside the game. In-game currency and unlocks cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between accounts, or sold.

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Google Play under Google’s refund policy, which is the correct place to raise one — the developer cannot process a Play refund directly. Statutory rights where you live are unaffected by this paragraph.

Content, prices and offers can change, and an item may be retired. Where an item you already own is withdrawn from sale, your existing entitlement is honoured for as long as the game supports it.

Depot orders, shipping and refunds

Physical goods are sold through Shopify. Pressing checkout hands you to Shopify’s hosted checkout, and from that point the order — payment, tax, shipping, tracking, returns and refunds — is governed by the terms and policies presented to you there, together with the terms of the fulfilment partner who prints and ships the item. We do not take payment directly and do not store card details.

Product images are representations. Colour reproduction varies between screens and print runs, and sizing follows the manufacturer’s chart shown on the product page. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, start with the order confirmation email — that is the fastest route to the fulfilment partner who can replace it. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and exclude any import duty your country charges on arrival.

Launch data is provided as-is

This matters more than anything else on this page, so it gets its own section. The launch times, windows, pads, vehicle details, news items, orbital positions, space-weather readings and near-Earth object figures shown on this site are republished from third-party feeds. They are provided as-is and without warranty of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for any purpose.

Launch schedules are provisional by nature. A window can move by hours or months, a launch can be scrubbed minutes before ignition, and upstream feeds can lag, cache, or simply be wrong. Do not book flights, hotels or leave, do not drive to a viewing site, and do not make any decision with a real cost attached, on the basis of a time shown here. Confirm directly with the launch provider or the range. Any loss arising from reliance on this data is yours, not ours.

The same applies to everything else on the console: it is an enthusiast readout, not an operational instrument. Nothing here is aviation, navigation, safety, financial or professional advice.

Third-party data and attribution

Delta-V is built on feeds that are generously made available for free. They ask for credit, and crediting them is the price of keeping them free:

Each source owns its data and publishes its own licence, rate limits and terms. Delta-V claims no ownership of any of it, and republishing it here does not grant you a licence to it — if you want to build on that data, go to the source. Agency, operator and vehicle names, logos and mission patches are the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification only.

Intellectual property

The Delta-V name, the game, its artwork, audio, level designs, source code, and the design and copy of this site are owned by the developer and protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you. Feedback you send is welcome and may be used to improve the product without obligation or payment, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Availability and changes

The service is offered on an as-available basis. Features can be added, changed or withdrawn; upstream feeds can go down and take a panel with them; and maintenance happens. No uptime is promised, and no compensation is offered for downtime. These terms can also change — the revision date at the top of this page tells you which version you are reading, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated, with or without notice, where an account is used to break these terms — cheating, abuse, attacks on the service, or fraudulent purchase activity. You can end the relationship at any time by uninstalling the app and asking for your data to be deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — licence restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — do.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, the game and all data in them are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any data shown will be accurate.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Where that is the case, this section applies only as far as the law allows, and your mandatory consumer rights are untouched.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, lost game progress, missed launches, or wasted travel and accommodation costs, arising out of or in connection with the service — whether the claim is framed in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, and even if the possibility of that loss was known.

Total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you actually paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the developer against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of someone else’s rights. This applies only to your own conduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of TODO_JURISDICTION, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that place have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
